Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of our facility's equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for elder care, a strong understanding of maintenance and repair procedures, and a commitment to providing quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities

· Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.

· Repair equipment and facilities as needed.

· Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and facility problems.

· Order and maintain maintenance supplies.

· Work with other departments to ensure that the needs of residents are met.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent

· 1 years of experience in maintenance and repair

· Strong understanding of maintenance and repair procedures

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
